looks cool, would have liked maybe for him to have projectiles in his basic attacks that couldn't be missed or something. But then again i don't know the abilities yet

His combo meter is definitely going to be a big part of his kit. He has a ton of hits in his sp1 and sp2, while his sp3 is a single hit. Might be a cash-in on combo mechanic. Also worth noting he’s got the same mechanic as Elsa and Kate Bishop with the evade/counterattack on parry. That’s a good piece of kit, I like that. Will be interested to see how he plays.

@Wicket329 Really like that ability, helps in stun immune matchups as well. It worked really well with Kate

- Easy openings against stun immune, debuff shruggers, unblockable, and non-contact basics.
- Counts as an intercept if you parry a dashing-in opponent.
- Good for mitigating block dmg.
- You can even escape while getting comboed sometimes (AI staggering their basics gives enough of a window for the parry-evade to kick in, you just gotta spam block while getting slapped up).

Yea but her playstyle is a bit slower so it doesn't feel as satisfying as elsa, hoping bullseye delivers on that...

Now I’m wildly spitballing (Kabam if you don’t use these mechanics for Bullseye, feel free to take them for other champs), but for a character who is all about precision I could see special effects happening on like 5th or 10th hits on the meter (each being different) for example, and wanting to loop those into the combo. Kinda like how G2099 can get guaranteed crits on every bit of her special, but maybe applying vulnerabilities or crit resistance down or something of the like.

Actually I really like the idea of Bullseye being all about the criticals. Having ways to guarantee them and to increase their damage whether it be passive on himself or passives/debuffs on opponents. I assume this will be the case.

I didn't care about the animations cause I really just wanted him to be THE Photon counter but this looks promising, the animations look really cool.
