Don’t think I’m supposed to have this

Decided to get some of the duel targets cleared so I can pick up that 4* red deadpool (turns out you only need to do week 5). And then this popped up.

Well it does nothing for you as your already lvl 60 so sont worry bout it. Its like giving a day 1 player, a 7* 2-3 rank up gem. It'll do nothing for a long long time.
