    storm and storm x both work very well, anyone with energy basics works fine but countering his purify helps you parry him.

    If its a 7* korg its a lot easier since you can safely parry and do lights. If its a 6* sig 200 thats where the parrying for lights is risky and you have to find openings to get the lights in

    Nobody mentioned him but Shocker works really well, you can punish his heavy with light attacks cause they have decent reach you just have to make sure the shield is down then you go for the big heavy.

    Omega Red also works pretty well since his mediums ignore the direct damage, he shuts down the purify at 10 spores as well.

    Apoc works well. Korg can’t shrug his debuffs so you can parry him. You take some damage from the first few physical hits of Apoc’s specials but being able to parry and easily throw light attacks makes the fight simple.

    I donno who is best, but bishop completely shuts down his abilities, if korg is not in stun immune node, bishop can easily defeat him.

    A lot of mystics work against him, In this meta my fav korg counter is 7* soc supreme.

    Bishop can definitely annihilate in 1 sp2 if the rock stacks are down.
