  Kabam generally permanently bans accounts for one of two reasons, either repeated infractions or one really serious one. If your ban says it was the result of account sharing, that suggests either that you’ve been banned for account sharing in the past and this is a repeated violation, or the account sharing was detected in the context of something far more serious, such as asking someone to complete Necropolis for you.
  
  If you believe this ban was in error you need to open a support ticket. However, if the ban was not in error and they have strong evidence against you, you’re not likely to convince them to reverse the ban.

  They banned another account by accident which later turned out to be victim to an old algorithm detector. The ban was later reversed. If your account has fallen victim to this then you will hopefully also get your account back. I hope that is the case for you.

  In every case I’ve seen where a ban was reversed due to acknowledged error, the error involved mistakes in detecting mods or emulators. I don’t recall Kabam acknowledging errors in detecting account sharing. Not that such a thing is impossible, but I suspect that while mods and emulators can be detected in part by automated algorithms which can have design flaws, account sharing is likely to be investigated by hand and not with automated algorithms to the same degree.
  
  Which makes it harder to overturn a ban due to that violation, because the people who you would appeal to were also the people who concluded you were account sharing in the first place. Mistakes can still happen and a double check can sometimes find those errors, but this is clearly a much more difficult hurdle to overcome.

  I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that you can't do that. Kabam owns your account technically, no matter how much time/money you put into it. They can legally take it from you. Take what I said with a pinch of salt tho because it is based on what someone else on forums said and they might be wrong
