How do you obtain 3 star sig stones as a thronebreaker player?

Im attempting the aegon carina challenge, and as I was ranking up my 3 star aegon, it occurred to me that I am somehow completely out of 3 star sig stones for my aegon. Is there any way to get more, or is 20 sigs on a 3 star aegon enough?
