BG seems to be fixed

I have many examples of this on all the matches that I win, My power works just fine and raises just fine. But the matches that I lose. I noticed this. Please tell me if I'm completely mistaken here, but you should really be getting at least one bar power every 8.3 seconds with the defender suffering from a damaging debuff. So on the matches that I lose I noticed that my bar is not filling up. Here's an example




In this example, it takes 15 seconds before I finally reach a bar of power.

    Yea, at 1:50 I inflicted my first bleed...by 1:36 (14s later) and I had inflicted 2 more...duh...have you ever played Nick fury?

    Yeah you inflict a damage over time debuff and you slowly gain power 12% of a bar every second

    I don't think it matters how much damage the actual debuff is doing... As long as I have a. Debuff on the defender you gain 12% bar of power... So suture should not be a factor... Except for how much damage he's taking from the bleed

    suture reduces bleed debuff duration. not the damage. less duration is less power

    I think what klobberintyme is saying is that the debuff isn’t lasting as long because of that mastery, not so much the damage. If those debuffs are falling off faster than you are gaining power, then that might be what you’re experiencing.

    It's not what I'm experiencing...as u can see in the OP, I'm actually adding more bleeds...so it's not because they are falling off..
