Does anyone have a current number on how many necro deaths we have done for Road to the Crypt and where to find it?

My alliance buddy is having a rough time. He can’t beat GM at 1% and has already dropped $100. Think he’s hellbent on just giving up at this point. Shame…to be so close.

He actually just beat him after I posted this. Turns out, he thought you had to do specials 1-3 every single time. So every time he died, he was trying to do them all again and he’d die before he could lol

Yep, I made the same mistake, did 2-3 runs throwing my L1 and got confused at nothing happening, before I realised

I completed necropolis exploration yesterday. Used aegon only for all paths given almost 350-400 deaths in order to contribute more for this.

I dropped maybe 20 revives on the last 1%. If i hadn't played while I was frustrated I likely would have used less revives than that. Took a break and went back later....was trying to use Wiccan as it was suggested but could not get him to SP3 in time. I accidently revived Aegon and used him instead, even with the reverse controls I got him pretty far although no SP3....but I did so well with him I kept using him and did it on the 5th or 6th revive.

I am not good at evading SPs in general....but I can tell you after getting through this it's what I've been trying to get better at in this game.

I would expect them to be this week for sure. Given how fast banquet rewards dropped, and there being less vetting in this than in that, I wouldn't be surprised if they came tomorrow after it ends.

I'd agree, if the anticheat mechanism is built in then no reason to delay rewards as cheaters have already been caught.

Yeah, it's not like there are ranked rewards involved where further bans may influence people's ranks...

So even if they give out the rewards the minute after the timer ends, and find more cheaters along the way, they can still ban the cheaters later, without any effect to the other players' rewards...

Since, we are approaching the closing time of this event in about 6 or so hours of this comment. I'd like to say something:
This was probably of the best moves by kabam. It made me eager to look for latest death count every now and then. Everyone commenting their death quantities and Dna with extrapolated graphs. This is probably the most excited I've been about mcoc in a while. Thanks kabam and everyone who contributed towards making this community event so much fun and engaging.

I second this! This brought the community together in a great way, not about who got there the fastest or with no items, etc. This was about embracing everyone with the death count! With this kind of content and togetherness, it showed that this game is not just for the end gamers, it's for everyone! Acknowledge the pain and eventually be rewarded!

Very true - they need more initiatives like this when big new content comes around to encourage participation. It helped drive people even when fights were discouraging.

This event has been awesome. I wasn't planning on doing necro since I have a certain disdain for long form content and haven't really touched any of the other available options. But I dropped into Seatin's steam for his initial completion and had so much fun I decided to give it a go. Having this as extra really made it feel like it was worth doing, and it's been a blast. Most I've enjoyed the game in a while.
