  Not only hulkling, Adam warlock , hyperion, CGR(tricky) , and many others who gain power by other means

  Hulkling gains power whenever he gains one of his buffs. Other champs with power gain abilities such as Hyperion, Sorcerer Supreme, Symbiote Supreme, Dragon Man, Adam Warlock excel here without needing to inflict DOT
