Bullseye is very, very hard. Harder than Onslaught or Photon. Not that hard 😂
There are so many ways to counter evade in this game. Bullseye isn’t that difficult, people are just looking at the juiced up version in EQ and assuming he’ll always be like that. But he won’t.

List of ways to counter his mechanics off the top of my head: Slow, Passive Stun, True Strike, True Focus, Coldsnap, champs who hit into block (Valk, Masacre, etc.), and probably plenty of others that I’m not thinking of right now. Or you could use anybody and just bait the sp1 as soon as he gets it.

He’s not broken, he’s just new. People will learn how he works in time and then he’ll be just another niche defender like IMIW and Dormammu and Mojo.
Are you sure slow works? I tried with dragon man and it didn’t work. Who’s slow did you use?
That’s valid, slow may not work. His ability is not affected by ability accuracy reduction and I think that’s how slow is coded. Although there’s a whole other thread about everything finicky with AAR right now.

Still lots of counters, but you’re right slow may not be one of them.
Read what I said again. I clearly said you need a real counter. You didn’t say anything different from what I said and I wasn’t wrong in any point.

But you’re still discounting playstyle countering. Any bleed immune/resistant champ in the game can do that without issue. I know somebody in this thread (I don’t believe it was you) brought up how bleed

I wouldn't say he's 'easy' to defeat. But it's more than doable.

I do think Killer Instinct is a little overpowered if it's infinitely paused when over one bar of power: that's not fun if he's on a node like All or Nothing, or Power Efficiency. Nodes like that could get pretty unpleasant if circumstances prevent you taking a counter, such as in side-quests where you have hidden defenders and limited entries. You can't take a counter, if you don't know he's there!

Hopefully the Kabam team will consider whether or not Killer Instinct is excessively punishing when considering his Rebalance - maybe just have it Paused for 5-6 seconds, or something?

While these things are true, they are also extreme edge cases. Acid Wash Mysterio is an example of a similar kind of situation in which there were very limited counterplay options. I think at the time the options were King Groot and Man-Thing and nobody else. Kabam removed that fight because it was too onerous and no longer aligned with design intentions (outside of an EOP-like setting).

Just for the record though, Iceman, Dormammu, and any champ with a reliable taunt mechanic would be equipped to handle the situations you are describing. Obviously the taunt ones are much dicier, but they do exist as options.

I haven't fought Bullseye yet. But by the videos i've seem he looks very menacing and I think Kabam just love that about him. I think rumors is kabam is on a HUGE mission, which is to create defensive champs to roadblock our progress in either BG and/or War.

I will be totally fine with that but when you account all the bugs, glitches, inputs lags and errors, then you can't have a perfect fights with these galore of defenders with unblockables - Photon, Onslaught and now Bullseye.

Bulleyes is not really hard...i mean , his kit makes him more of an annoying mf rather than hard one .

LDS regens 90% of special hit damage, except for when she is suffering from bleed - when she regens 110%. And guess who’s instant bleeds count towards this ability…

Yeah, it’s pretty fun watching a full special hit you and leave you at 100% health. Just don’t punish during killer instinct and you’re absolutely fine

That’s got to be on the level of enjoyment of watching Silk flawlessly evade a Mangog sp2

I used domino, beat him to a SP1, bait SP1. Then wait for killer instinct to run out. Rinse and repeat

I might be hars, but i was reading all your comments on this post, and it seems you didnt even wanna get better???? I strugled with Bullseye at first, so i watched some videos that can help me to overcome him. And i did, it was a good feeling.
Next time try watch a "how to easily defeat **insert any hero name** " video on youtube for example, instead write stupid things like you did here.
But Fortnite is still an option

Dormammu and Red Skull humiliate Bullseye. Dormammu in particular. Spam M-M combos to keep him from sp1 then drop your sp2 on him. Repeat.
