Road to the Crypt rewards delayed for some accounts [resolved]

Rewards have come in, but didn't get any 7* shards, not sure if there was anything else missing, but quickly went to open up a crystal and saw I had the same amount of shards

Haha, that’s my issue. Yes, I can wait, but I was already on the edge of my seat waiting for rewards to drop today at the normal time. Now I have to calmly ignore that and refrain from submitting tickets for 48 hours, lol? If this was the rest of the community, they’d be raising hell if they had to wait until Friday with no certainty instead of the Wednesday that Kabam tentatively predicted.

Yes, it’s a relatively common issue. While I’m sure that 99% of everyone I know has them already, there are a lot of forum posts. What sucks is that Kabam barely acknowledges it, expects you to calmly wait 48 hours, and by the time you get them, nobody cares anymore.

From the game settings link, it will take you there. I already sent my screenshots to support, but then Kabam says wait 48 hours before hounding them. Please! I waited weeks for these rewards and got to watch everyone else celebrate.

Same here. I do know someone who got them two hours after the start, but now it kinda seems no one further is getting them and we could be waiting ages.
