Raid Ultron Bug

We just had a player bring Ultron down to 26% health and then quit the fight as they didn’t believe they could safely stun him prior to his regen going off. He had a ton of fury and pierce and it would have resulted in death. I then went to go in and attempt a fight and noticed that all of our charges were gone and he was back at 35% health. It’s like the prior fight didn’t happen and all of our charges disappeared. We both tried rebooting our games. We had a few other raid teammates jump in and everyone confirmed the same thing.

    People have been saying that Quitting fights in Raid acts like a Forced Close/Shutdown.

    Similar to Force Close will lose Pre-Fights, or also Combo-Count (ie, Aegon).

    So that Quitting (no matter how) would not maintain any Charges.

    (at a point you want to end, you could just let him kill you without attacking him anymore. Or are there DoT's on him that would have continued to lower his health into Regen territory ?)

    Truth be told "quitting" (through pause menu) is different from "force closing app". And Quitting saves combo count on Aegon so why would it reset boss HP and make him lose the charges?
    (not to mention that boss losing role charges on force close/app crash is a horrible bug that should have been caught by the testers)

    Our BG quit through pausing with no issues, was able to go back in and ultron didn’t have his regen and was past the 50%. Earlier in the fight though someone got disconnected and it’s like others have said, you lose charges and obviously any damage you did to him. But again, no issues with pausing and quitting.

    What i wanna know is where did ultron find steriods to get bigger?. 🤣
