Can someone explain

Why did my mister negative not regenerate from the linked node degen damage. Before going into the fight, I calculated id be taken only about 100 damage per second which would have been fine but I didnt regen, why

Correct, it’s not degen, the nose states direct damage. Direct damage is not the same thing as degen

Link Shield does Direct Damage, not Degen damage, and has no interaction with Mr. Negative

One is labeled as degeneration, one is labeled as direct damage. Different names, different things

Direct damage is direct damage and degen is degen. I really don't know how else to explain it haha
