No mate, he's rubbish. Unbelievably bad. Seriously, check out these appalling stats, fresh from AuntM.ai, taking special note of the crit rating and block Proficiency.

And here's his entire ability list:

He has a synergy with Overseer which almost makes it feel like he's worth playing, although fairly quickly, you realise he isn't.

As trophies go, he's like the giant cuddly toy at a fairground: almost impossible to win, and if you do get him, he won't sit up straight and smells funny.
