If you saw this person's similar post in the “Android: Lag, Crashing..” thread (had pics, even though still in Turkish /Russian/Croatian, or whatever it is), it was sort of apparent over there what they were asking.

Yes, you have to become Paragon BEFORE completing ThroneBreaker Level of monthly quest, in order to get the Objective to appear for you (in order for ThroneBreaker Level quest to count towards giving you a key), in order to use that key and do Gauntlet that SAME month.

Else, have to wait until Next Month to start doing Gauntlet quest.
