Calendar Rewards- Absorbing Man missing!

I just logged in to and collected the calendar rewards and where we normally get a crystal for the champ of the month this time it was just a picture of ABs man. Once claimed though I didn’t get him in my inventory. I’m Valiant and have been waiting a long time for this guy. Opened a hundred crystals over time and still don’t get him in a guaranteed crystal?? lol Kabam really don’t want me to have him.

You get a crystal in the 'special' tab which you have to open.

Restart (as in close and reopen the game).

(an earlier person might have inferred that going into game settings, pressing LOGOUT, and then Logging back in again will solve it, which probably is true. But WHY ?? Just close game and reopen game again).
