Fastest way to become paragon after beating act 7

I just beat act 7, and I have two r4s. What’s the easiest or fastest way I can obtain another r4? I have 2 t6 basic and 0 t3 alpha. Also, once I become paragon, what is the best content to focus on? Let me know if you have any tips. Here’s my roster:

    Do selective paths in 8.2, you’ll get some good t3a and t6b

    Explore act 7 or explore 8.1. Aside from that buy whatever you can from glory store or battlegrounds store.
