So how exactly are you supposed to counter bullseye?

He bleeds you when you dex, he bleeds you when you block, he evades like a jerk, crits through block and launches specials immediately after evading almost guaranteed?
I get he's supposed to be a meta defender but this is..ridiculous. Maestro was an excellent example of a meta defender, difficult to fight but not blatantly unfair with a fair share of counters.

You don't get bleed on well-timed blocks. However, Bullseye is designed where you want a bleed immune or evade counter. He is still difficult with just one of those, so ideally you'll want a champion that is both. However if you have a bleed immune, then the damage you take is a lot less, and if you have an evade counter, you can just push him to an sp2 which is much more manageable to avoid than the sp1.

I used Iceman and just worked around Bullseye's SP1 and associated timer.

No, thats why an evade counter pushes him to sp2. Yes.

You don't need a evade counter, just use a bleed immune champ, and bait his sp1, His sp1 don't deal much damage at block tbh, even though all hits are crits.

He is more of a staller, any bleed immune can kill him at high health. Also killer instinct should immediately go off after special launch, with 3 seconds cooldown currently we cannot punish his specials without a evade counter.

IMO, Storm is the GOAT Skill counter. Just remember the Killer Instinct buff and don't combo him.

If you’re in the side quest, use someone with a lot of DOT because the node will give you true accuracy to bypass his evade. (Or weaken him with a counter and then have a merc take down the last bit of health in the lower tiers) For the Deathless Challenge in ParaGauntlet…burn offerings to the Kabam Gods, probably

Activate assassin’s cunning and you’ll ignore evade. Although I reckon masacre would be a decent choice since killer instinct evade won’t trigger if you just hit his block. But I personally used weapon X

I used Domino. Push to SP1, block the first bunch of hits and then evade the last big one, then wait the timer and then hit him with your SP1. Repeat until dead. It did take me a revive or two and some heals, but that's a trivial cost for that objective.
