Red Guardian update?

I was under the impression that Red Guardian’s update would come with the February update. Did that get delayed? Is his update not live til Wednesday? Didn’t notice a spotlight post with his updates here in forums, but I guess wasn’t sure if one would be posted. Is there any info on this?

His buff is currently live with the new update. Was just checking the stats on mine.
