Plat 4 looking for members

We're Plat 4 ally looking for reliable members to replace some underperforming / uncooperative members. We do;
AW - currently plat 4 but aiming higher
AQ - Map 666, we do 3bgs of raid too
BG - 150k per member, will adjust higher if rewards get buff.
We prefer Line for communication, don't need immature players who just argue instead of discussing with officers for better of ally's growth. Also preferably those who can join AW/AQ without constant reminders.
Having deep r4/5 6* and 7* would be ideal since our ally is pushing higher than plat 4 and so having many said ranks and rarities are essential for AW.
