Urgent Account Recovery Assistance Needed

Greetings Summoners,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to share a distressing situation I've encountered with my Marvel Contest of Champions (MCoC) account. A few days ago, my game became unresponsive and stuck on a login screen. Following some online advice, I decided to uninstall and reinstall the app.
Unfortunately, upon attempting to log in via both Google Play and Kabam's account, I found myself connected to an old account from several years ago. Both my Kabam and Google Play accounts are now linked to this outdated profile, whereas my active, level 42+ account is inaccessible.
Complicating matters, I'm uncertain whether I initially created my main account through a Google Account, Facebook, or another method (cant remember if this is posible). Now, despite my best efforts to resolve the issue with Kabam's support, I find myself at an impasse. Their security questions, centered around first purchases, achievements, and account creation dates, seem to be tied to the older, unused account.
I have diligently provided responses, attached in-game screenshots, Google Play transaction histories, and Kabam email correspondences, but Kabam's support insists that I have failed to adequately prove my identity.
My primary concern is that both the old and current accounts might be associated with my email address. Consequently, I fear that my responses to security questions may inadvertently be linked to the outdated account, hindering the confirmation of my true identity.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Are there alternative support channels available for resolving such matters? Perhaps an email address or contact number where direct assistance can be sought? I have invested considerable time, effort, and financial resources into my active account, and the thought of losing it is distressing.
Any guidance or shared experiences would be immensely appreciated.

Upon selecting the Kabam Profile, I am directed to an old and unused account that is registered under the same email. I am starting to suspect that my level 43+ account may have been hacked, or perhaps I never linked it to a Kabam profile. This would explain why logging in through the Kabam profile leads me to an old account.
What's perplexing is that I have been receiving email receipts for my in-game purchases, indicating activity on my account normally before all that happened.
Kabam is relying on outdated information for their "Security Questions" rather than considering more recent and easily verifiable details. I've made every effort to cooperate, sharing the latest screenshot from my advanced in-game level account, providing comprehensive information about my champions, and even forwarding recent purchase receipts from Google Play with associated Purchase Order numbers.
It's frustrating to think why they aren't leveraging the purchase order numbers to confirm the connection to a specific account. This method would seemingly offer a more straightforward and foolproof way to validate ownership, imho.
Despite my persistent efforts in supplying them with relevant evidence, Kabam appears to be sticking to questions such as "The Date You Created Your Account" and the "Two First Real Money Purchases." This becomes particularly problematic if, like in my situation, there are multiple accounts linked to the same user.
1/ logout from Google Play and then
2/ logout from Kabam email and followed by
3/ closing the app
4/ Now launch the app. Where does it defaults to?
