Account Closed

Don’t know if this is the right place but I play on 2 different accounts on my iPhone and I’ve been doing so for a few months now. Earlier today I signed out of my main account and went to login to the other one but something came up and I had to close my phone. When I reopened the app it said my account had been permanently closed for using unauthorized 3rd party websites. Neither account has ever had any warnings or temp bans or anything. Hopefully someone can help me out with getting the accounts back. Thank you.

They’ve banned people by mistake before a fair few times. Maybe it’s another one of those.

(Background info)

There are different ways you can be “logged in” to a game account and be playing on that account. (not even speaking about via GameCenter or GooglePlay)

(1) You can be LOGGED IN within game. Sounds like that is what you have been using when playing account “A”. Then you logged out of that account in game.

You wanted to switch to your account “B”. But closed the game before being able to do that login as account “B”.

(2) Now, you are NOT logged in as ANY account at that time. However, the game knows (somehow, device cache ?, server info ?, etc) what the original account was when you first started playing on that device and made your very first account (I’ll call this account “C”, and explain further).

So (going on proof, but from MANY years ago, but don’t think that has changed in all those years)..
for example, people who only have 1 account, can be specifically logged into that account in game and play as that account.
They can also LOGOUT of that account in game, but continue to be able to play as THAT SAME ACCOUNT, because game knows that is the DEFAULT account for you on that device, being the 1st account you initially started playing on that device.
You don’t need to specifically be logged into game as that account, it just uses that account by default.

** SUMMARY **
So I wonder, if this account “C” exists on your device, and is the Default account for that device, which attempts to be used by game when you have not specifically logged into any account.
And that account “C” is the one that Kabam has as CLOSED (Banned, etc), whether or not you even knew that account existed.
Did you get this device second-hand from family/friend, who original device owner/player had used this account “C” and got it Banned/Closed ??

Or (whether you want to admit it up here or not), did you yourself used to play this account “C”, broke rules, had it Closed. And then created accounts “A” and “B” to play on within the rules.

But now that device is using Default “C” account, you are sort of stuck, in that you cannot advance into the game to reach the Login screens to try and log back into either “A” or “B”.

(providing all this, so that if you do get back into game as A or B, you know what to avoid so device doesn’t revert back to a “not logged in” account C in future.
