I wrote to them keeping in mind that 1. It was my device 2. The location is different 3. I cannot get into other mcoc players that would do this as on my actual ban for 30 days to do with global chat of all things😂 it probably hasn’t even been a week or 2 and I come back the game w this bs too… I genuinely feel like I just made an account to help mcoc and gained nothing myself I’ve lost all the progress and time I’ve spent gaining that progress I posted this in the hopes that other people have had similar issues where they were simply banned for something they never did Kabam said in the email that they take these decisions based on the negative impact that could come out of it but don’t think of the negative impact that those who have been affected by this and as someone who’s been playing the game for a long while it even becomes a part of your life long term as odd as that may sound like I said the goal is to reach out to others this has happened to not to straight up insult Kabam however the ban system is just bs and should be handled a bit differently the whole “decision is final thing” is what’s f’d up because there’s nothing that shows it’s me I’ve given them stuff to prove it’s not me and it’s wrong that they decide to sit there and do nothing when there’s people like me playing this game pretty much daily stressing our a**es out tryna play the game lol it’s sad and it makes me sad and honestly a bit angry which I’m sure some people here relate to

As much as I dont like Kabam's decisions at times, I have a very hard time believing they would go out of their way to false ban you. What gain would they get in this? Only people who would have similar issues with you would be others who got banned for cheating/piloting in Necropolis. You mentioned your account was "hijacked" but you also could still login to see that necro was completed? Idk anyone who would go around "hacking" peoples mcoc accounts to just complete the necropolis. Unless the hijacker intended on taking the account for themselves or selling it there would be no logical reason for "hacking" an mcoc account. If it was hijacked for their personal gain (keeping/selling the account) wouldn't you think they would have the brains to at least change the password? You got dunked for cheating/piloting, play fair or dont complain when consequences come.

Kabam DOES NOT ban accounts right away it’s impossible for them to do so I logged in thinking everything was fine but it’s hard to not look at your profile and I see that.. so I already had a feeling my account was gonna be finished and it wasn’t false what they did with me before was an accidental false ban this ban is different like I said they can see where you login in and what device is being used therefore they know this too and as for the hacker part fair enough if you want to ask why he didn’t then be my guest I honestly couldn’t care less what was going through that persons head maybe they was behind or whatever either way idc

If you use the logic of "my account was logged in on another persons device that means it was hijacked" no one would ever get banned. Just because you commit a crime and then get caught a year later should you not have to serve the punishment cause it wasnt immediate?

I feel better that its not immediate ban in this case cause if anything it shows time has passed and they looked at enough proof to deliver a correct ban. Again, play by the rules or dont get mad about consequences. I have played the game 9+ years and I have never met anyone in numerous alliances who received a false ban.

You have no idea how the system works I never said I got false ban I said I got one before and no they don’t review it until they’re contacted they’re alerted eventually w an anti cheat system which is something majority of online games but they didn’t review the actual situation UNTIL I contacted them about it have I’ve been playing by the rules like I said they won’t do a thing about it so why am I going to come here to lie I have no reason to my boy😭 And if you got caught a year later but was proven innocent would you still be serving the sentence? No. Kabams version doesn’t seem to work that way which what’s wrong with the cheating system

Oh hey it's been a while since we have had one of these benevolent hackers that do Necropolis for random people.

I guess it's been too long since we have warned people that most mercenaries are cheaters, and if one cheats in Necropolis on your account, your account will be gone forever.
