Means they have acknowledged the issue, have added it to their Bug Tracking (Trello) website, and are fixing it.

Not sure exactly if “Fix in Development” means it has been resolved in code, but not in released code yet.
Or if problem has been found but not actually corrected yet in code.
Or at what date they had updated that status (whether the “Fix in Development” occurred AFTER the Feb. Update went live and so wasn’t done in time to get into Feb.).

I can't wait. It's part of what cost my alliance the diff between Rank 5 and Rank 6 in AQ. Will just have to eat the loss, as unfair as it is IMO.

I did the update and saw that Cap's prestige has not changed yet. Same with a few members in my alliance.

They told me they couldn’t refund my materials until they figured out if it was a bug. They have confirmed it’s a bug, confirmed a fix in this update, and still didn’t fix it. Insanity.

This is not a bug, his previous inflated prestige was a bug which has been fixed, see this month's patch notes
