I get that the difficulty of the fight can not be modified, but leaving the energy cost the same could’ve compensated for this inability to change the fight. Why not at least find a middle ground and make it 3 energy each tile? Also, will the person or persons responsible for designing the fight be reprimanded in any sort of way given the shear amount of threads we’ve had on WoE? How do we know if the next weeks champ won’t be just as overturned?
For anyone that helps, If you are a paragon and become valiant before this abs man quest ends, you will be able to get the sinister six objective, so if you wanna push, go for it.
6 objectives plus 1 completion = 7 points for gauntlet
plus a deathless objective... that's 24 points.
Shouldn't there be another point somewhere for there to be a grace point?
maybe there is points for completing (and exploring the final week quest, providing that it might have multiple paths like in the past ?). I believe that should be the case, rather than having 2 more objectives in the final week
This is not game content, this is pure garbage. In the last 3 years you modified the AI constantly and gaslight everyone that you haven't. You are releasing more and more garbage defenders with slim to none counters to the point where everyone is losing resources no matter the skill. Your idea of end game content is unavoidable damage coupled with passive AI so that players lose health and revives and invest their money in garbage. This is not about skill, it's about who is lucky enough and has enough money to invest for generally out of dated rewards. It is the first game content I will not do in this entire game who has become not worth playing more than casually.
Finish, A lot of tests yes we are forced to try a one shot because of regeneration so a lot of energies, when we know how to fight several times maybe have less energy.
You picked a character with one of the most insane regen and passive damage potential.
You added elements to beef up that potential.
You added elements to prevent us from effectively punishing SPs which is crucial for the fight.
You added an element to make us die while we waited for the AI to behave.
You gimp the champs damage that can actually be played.
I’m sorry, but I’m failing to see what’s “fun” about this.
For the vast majority of players this is basically a revive/energy sink.
100% agree.
I went in with my 6r3 sandman yesterday, blew about 10 revives and 100 lvl 3-4 potions and at one point had him down to 23%, just for him to end up back at 60%.
Just send 10 energy to everyone in compensation and for the next characters better tested them to not have the same joke to each champion. I used 15 for one shot
Don’t know if this has been addressed or if I’m just not getting it but it looks weird. For the first 4 weeks 1 fight per two weeks. And then all of a sudden 10 fights on two paths? Where will the other 6 fights come from?
If you guys make content inaccessible to players, in this case with unreasonable energy usage, then people will not do the content. Have you learned nothing from act 6 which was so bad that people just didn't do it?

The original 4 fights for each week, and then 2 new fights, one on each of the 2 paths.
My experience: note I have 100% necropolis. This is far more difficult than necropolis even offered. If you don’t one shot this guy the potential for losing progress is enormous and soul crushing to watch that health bar go from 50% first run to 80+. I have yet to succeed and on top of that spent 500 units trying to finish this fight but after the initial run nothing but negative progress. Sure skill issue might be a thing or maybe we call it as it is and it’s just overly and unnecessarily punishing when you fail and try to restart. I spend 8 minutes with 7* sandman doing 450 hits and that was only 50% damage honestly not being able to use a champ to their fullest makes me appreciate other content that isn’t so restrictive and punishing. Like this just makes me think, why do champs have abilities if we are going to be slapped with a fight that turns off 50% or more of their kits.
Okay, i want to be sure i am not getting stuff wrong so i ask : If i skip the #Robot, as a Parangon, what is the maximum amount of point i can get ? Take into account that i own Deathless Guillotine. Also please describe clearly where does the point come from.
From what i understood, we are given the point for the #Robot, so assuming i make all other objectives, i will have just enough point for the Deathless King Groot piece ? And if i do the bonus mission using Deathless Guillotine, i will have a bonus point and be able to skip another eventual terrible objective ?

I really want to not mess up Thanks
I believe the max points you'll be able to achieve as a Paragon, if you include the Deathless Guilley objective, will be 19. I think, not 100% certain though, that the point for the robot objective will be added after the first fight ends (meaning when the next challenge begins).
Got absolutely worked trying to get the Sinister Six objective done. In my opinion, this was the hardest fight they've ever had in the game given the limited options and insane regen. I sincerely hope that the next fight is easier or the objectives. I'll probably use Warlock this week to bank an objective just because I've gotten a pretty good feel for the fight after banging my head against it for so long.
Outrageous that Kabam have made the WoW 10 energy to run this event. Knowing full well people will be forever restarting the event over and over to retry this fight. It’s going to take 30,40,50+ goes at trying to nail this guy and that’s going to cost crazy energy refills. Low blow from Kabam, they should be making this type of challenging content 1 energy to run, the amount of retries required to get your muscle memory and skills honed in for such a fight. We’re going to get 7 goes with a full energy count, before having to splash out on refills. Another sly way of potentially fun content… errr not so fun!
This is the post I made in the WoW Community Thread chat… and since having now completed the gamma objective. I thought I’d update, it cost me about 15 energy refills to rinse and repeat the fight. Shame on Kabam for making this quest 10 energy to run, with the difficulty and complexity of the content it should be a low energy quest, 2 energy per tile at max!. Also, the AI is sooo not cooperative from one fight to the next, it’s pot luck if you get a fight that works out for you. Using SheHulk, when stacking furies, on several occasions I had over 15 stacks, I had him down to 30-35% health… her ability kit says 15% increased chance the opponent launches specials … so anything over 7 fury’s is surely a 100% chance the opponent launches specials. So I don’t understand why the opponent turtles into the corner and refuses to launch his special, and holds off for 15 seconds, when I have 15+ stacks of furies.!?? I mean how and why does that happen?? The first 60-70% of his health pool he was cooperative on some occasions. Unbelievably frustrating that you lose your damage output from the furies dropping off due to him turtling and blocking in the corner. Therefore you’re forced to quit and restart the fight as his regen is so overpowering that reviving at retrying is suicide!
Please listen to the community Kabam, there is fun and challenging content… and then there is this fight!! There are plenty of frustrated players across the many chats on the forums for this WoW fight. Bring back the original act 6 boss fights over this fight anytime!!

The coding behind the taunt mechanic is one of my biggest gripes with this game and has been for as long as I can remember - it doesn't work a lot of the time, regardless of whatever % is mentioned.
I have a similar problem with the intimidate mechanic.
From my experience the Ai in end-game content is way too smart to be random. Turtling when it knows you have taunts that will drop off and a bane timer almost up is not how it is supposed to behave.
If this content is temporary, why were the objectives created as Carina's Challenges instead of timed solo objectives? This original post even described them as objectives, not as Carina's Challenges. Has a Carina's Challenge ever been deleted before or will this be the first time?

Up until now i have not tried Absman fight but my god i undestand the frustration, @Kabam u should have added some passive power gain to him and it would be an easy choice to not do it at all, and to think i pushed myself to finish Necropolis to get all the objectives. . .
Abs man fight is the by far absolute worst content kabam has produced in the over 7 years I’ve played this game…. Sad to see that they can still be so outta touch sometimes .

Still only have 2 points (for initial clearance and gamma). Just curious when the free robot point will appear?
