Acount perma closed

Kabam has perma closed my Acount Because And i havent used any Cheats and KABAM can even see it ASWELL! they are saying there is another user with all my info and claiming the acount is his while I AM the one with the acount and The ORIGINAL EMAIL Kabam Fix this WTF

I am kinda in the same boat but in my case I can't log in to my account and can't even access the forum on ios while I am typing now on an android. I received an email from kabam saying my password was changed. So it, I think, has happened on the forum account first. Sent them a ticket and there's radio silence ever since that day.

No one can claim your account unless you shared with them your info. Kabam ask very tough question to recover the account that sometime even genuine owner can't answer.

I highly doubt a random guy got your info all correct to take over your account.

It only happened once with Seatin because all his info were publicly available otherwise it near to impossible to takeover someone else account.

You are not telling us the whole truth.

Y’all, there can be more than just one problematic person on the forums. This guy is obviously not Redfire, this isn’t his MO at all. Plus it’s not a weekend which is when he usually strikes.

Lesson we learned
Do not purchase an account! The original account creator will always retain access to the account, regardless of how many times the password is changed!
