Use power drain champs like Vision, Magik, Psylocke, Winter Soldier, Hawkeye etc. There are plenty of champs to counter him.

He is one of the easiest champs to bait specials and one of the easiest champs to evade his specials. So no he is just fine and I don’t have him so that’s not the reason I’m saying he’s fine
