Final King Groot Piece Revealed

Hey, don’t know if this was intentional but if you go to buy the 7 star king groot bundle this pop up appears. Hopefully it’s wrong and alliance war isn’t involved 😅.

That is awful, unless it's a season reward for like silver and above, or just requires a certain amount of participation, this is a really poor decision.

The Alliance which finishes in (whatever the hell is above Platinum) will recieve luscious and elusive King Groot piece. 😃

Good implementation: Just finish wars in silver or above as mentioned by someone else, participate in a certain amount of wars/fights and get it through milestones.

Bad implementation: Finish at the top of AW ranks

I can't think of any AW scenario for this. I can't force my alliance to be master if they are gold.
Oh, maybe it's part of AW Solo milestones? That's the only thing i can think of.

I do expect a comment from Jax or Crushed saying it's a placeholder text. If they don't then it's cannon and going to be true event. Perhaps it was an intended easter egg.

They said at the very beginning of the deathless chase that no piece will ever be paywalled OR locked behind limited ranked rewards- so no, you will not have to be in masters (or any tier for that matter) to get this piece. It'll probably be participatory based.

That‘s what I thought. Why put it behind alliance content? All other pieces were solo obtainable…

Let's hope, as the battlegrounds gully piece was very controversial

From this, it would suggest that the piece is not to do with AW, but I guess Kabam may have changed things based on the backlash from the other challenge content like Wow abs man and some of the carina's.

Not sure how “From Alliance Wars” and “will NOT require you to play AW” will be able to be explained away as such “how this happened”.

Either it is, or it isn’t, related to AW.
I don’t think they would provide 2 different avenues to get the same piece.

The Solo AW points does seem like a good potential avenue to get it, but would it be as easy as just current final milestone of Solo AW Points ?

That just don't make sense, because that tags were made aw specific and was never in the past used in any content outside aw and bgs.
