That‘s a topic near and dear to me, because at times I can find myself sucked into the game more than I like to admit… So I actively try to limit playtime and effort put into the game. That‘s basically by 4 pillars:1.Most importantly, I am not in an active alliance. Rather, I am the only member in my own solo-alliance. I do Map 4 AQ 1x per week, which gives me about 2k Glory on average, and also some miniscule rewards from the Alliance Objectives (Summoner Advancement and Engagement). 2.In monthly EQ I do only TB and Paragauntlet. SQ depends on the mode and the rewards.3.Arenas I limit to one arena at a time, most of the time it‘s the basic arena where I will do 20-30 rounds in total spread over 3 days.4.Battlegrounds is 3 matches every 2 days, regardless of how many I win or lose. This generally leaves me at either Diamond I or Vibranium III at the end of a season (have never reached GC)I consider these elements as my „grind“… And this level of grind leaves me with a bit of extra capacity, to also participate in other areas of the game. Like the occasional incursion run, participation in WoW, exploring 8.4 when it drops…Also, I don‘t spend (anymore). For the time being, that works for me. I guess I‘ll see what will keep me motivated, once Act 8 is explored…How about you guys and gals?
Only a few in my alliance run with AQ Map 6 - but we at least complete it and earn around 3,500 glory each week.
We seem to do the same re EQ.
As for AQ I might get to play 30mins each night while the family watches something on TV
And I just play BG’s and complete the 48hr BG objectives and I seem to advance…
@Badah Thanks, I’m good. Only a few in my alliance run with AQ Map 6 - but we at least complete it and earn around 3,500 glory each week. 3,500 glory is nice… But Map 6 would be too much for my solo alliance. Map 4 is very short. In my time zone, AQ starts at 8 pm and I am usually done before noon the next day… We seem to do the same re EQ. For this month you have done exploration of the 3 lower difficulties, right? That would be nice for the units. I’ve decided against it, because even with autoplay, it still draws one’s attention… As for AQ I might get to play 30mins each night while the family watches something on TV You mean arena? Yeah, that’s my evening-chill out, too… And I just play BG’s and complete the 48hr BG objectives and I seem to advance… Same… How far does it get you?
I'm in a slump now, after the whole Absorbing Man incident. I move in AQ and War, and I did the Rift SQ, but I'm feeling a lack of motivation. It happens I guess.

Currently chipping away at act 7 exploration, done 3 paths of the labyrinth for fun (I really want that 5* classic ultron) and waiting for the new EQ, WOW and BG's.I think this season I will actually push for GC in BG's given the Valiant store buff, and start slowly getting my avengers team awakened and sigged up, as well as my Zemo for the carinas challenges.Of course I will slowly work towards these things but my main goals this coming update will be BG's and the next 2 carinas.
Aw, aq and x Magica arena until 8.4
I throw my phone across the house every day, after spending 4 hours trying to contend with act 7. (I reached 7.4.6 yesterday, yay!) then spend the rest of the day waiting time on global.
