Scorpion sting activation on SP3

Why does the sting activation trigger at the start of an SP1 and 2 but applies after an SP3 finishes?

Yeah it’s a skill issue that I always let dragon man get to sp3 in map 8 but would be nice if that last 10% came off before the attack smashes me about 😂

The best way to describe it is that it does occur right after the SP3 is used, but you can’t take damage or die during your own SP3. So it just seems like it triggers after the activation of the special.

Power stings also trigger after sp3. No matter what, if you launch sp3, all effects are paused until the end of it. You can check it on pause screen in sp3. It says all buffs and debuffs are paused. So their effects takes place only after the sp3
