Hey everyone
We are an alliance founded 2 weeks ago, and we are growing fast.
We run 2BG in AW, and we are currently ranked around 1200 in Silver 3 tier.
Every war we make a significant jump.
Our alliance is already structured to do well in Gold tier (strong defense lineup, officers managing placement and diversity, core players discussing organization in line group chat).
We do well in AQ, and we are improving. First week we collected 3200 glory chips, last week 3800, this week should be over 4000 (this week running maps 4/5/7).
We have a mix of experienced players and lower rating players willing to grow with the alliance.
We still have 2 spots left, and some players who joined randomly could be replaced.

What we are able to achieve right now, 3 weeks after the alliance was established :
The end of season is coming, and we are still recruiting. We are now silver 2, we are doing well in aq, we need to keep pushing, which means we need to keep recruiting reliable players.
Our team is made of experienced players and less experienced skilled ones, all heading in the same direction.
