If u done 1 nerc run then u definitely should be valiant before July 4 can’t se 8.4 getting that late

I did one Necro run, but now need the T4A's, or a 2-3 RUG. I don't want to, nor have the time to do 100% necro.

8.4 is predicted to drop in April. Spring Cleaning is in the same month. Hopefully the 8.4 completion rewards will be enough.

You won't get a 2-3 gem just for act 8 completion, there's no way.
