I reached out to kabam and not received any word, i logged in every day and completed every objective for the magic heist arena yet i am stuck on 39 unable to get the rank 5 gem

    This event had a really bad design behavior, kabam even recognized it in the official event topic....but they also said they not gonna do anything for the confusion....

    Check if you have 40 raffle tickets, you have a good case for a Kabam error if you do. If you have 39, It’s probably human error.

    It’s a very unforgiving event, I came up short because I missed the first days due to a death in the family. I’m at 36 and it feels like salt in the wound but they make the rules.
