Is Fury broken against Raids Ultron?

Hi summoners,

For some reason my Fury does not work very well against ultron. Even after several alternate l1, l2 I am not able to get fervour charges . I basically spend all 3 minutes without being able to do any significant damage

Any advice?

    Perhaps desorient plays around with the charges

    I have tried l2 l1, l3 l2, l1 l2 l3
    Nothing seems to work

    What’s buff did u hav and how much intercept do u do

    Prolonged damage buff
    Few intercepts per match

    Charges bug perhaps, hasn't been fixed since the beginning
