In some continuities. Apparently this is a different one. This is Hobie Brown (who, in an alternate universe, is Spider-Punk). But what’s interesting from my looking into it is that the Hobie Brown Prowler isn’t strictly a villain. Starts out that way but has a pretty quick and dramatic change of heart and becomes an ally to Spider-Man.

Personally, I prefer the Aaron Davis Prowler and was really hoping for him. Wanted synergies with Miles called like “You’re The Best of All of Us,” “You’re on Your Way,” or “I Let You Down, Man.” Although those would definitely make me cry.

Anyway, hopes are still high. We’ll see how he shakes out.

Hobie Brown is the OG Prowler from the 1970s. Aaron Davies is from the Ultimate Spider-Man after Miles became Spidey.
