Black cat with her sabotage debuff active has a complete 100% AAR right?
Well how come she doesn't prevent any new regen buffs nor reducing them? Node doesn't have force of will or any other AAR countering node

    Black Cat is only defensive AAR, so only effects that would trigger when being struck like thorns, evade , rock stacks, etc.

    You need to be hitting to reduce AAR. Sometimes you might get lucky and hit at the exact frame a regen would proc but that's unreliable

    How does black cat doesn't take hazard shifts damage when 30 combo + sabotage if so? Those effects are not linked to the champion placed on the node, but she shuts down the hazard shift node itself.

    Wrong.
    Read my message above.
    She shut down hazard cause hazard is an effect triggering when you HIT the opponent. Since she has AAR on her hits, hazard is not working.
    In your fight above, regen is not triggering on hits. It is triggering based on time spent close to photon. So unless you time perfectly at the exact frame, your hit and the regen proc, you cannot cancel the regen from appearing

    Oh you think Photon didn't gain regens while being hit? I posted only a small part of the fight which took a full 5 minutes and resulted in a time out.
    Now right here you can obviously see Photon is getting regen even while being struck by black cat here:

    I'm talking about exact game frame. It's almost impossible to perfectly time a hit like that.
    Your video is gone btw.
    In your first video she was gaining regen in between hits
