I'm glad they're addressing this tactic. And I do appreciate it. But what about their overall approach to AW tactic design? It seems like we've been doing this dance since prowess power. Initially an insanely unbalanced tactic that none of us could see as being tested before release. A large amount of community uproar with Kabam staying silent for the most part. And then remember how much it was changed from the original to the end of the tactic. This felt a whole lot like prowess power all over again. And I'm sure others will name other tactics we've faced between then and now. I'm just a construction guy and know absolute 0 about testing. But if Kabam has 20 employees that are at least TB, couldn't you run a 1 BG practice war? Be as horrible as you can to each other on defense and see what shakes out. Again, thank you for the changes. But please reconsider your overall approach to these tactic designs.
Too little too late. I'm only in tier 4 in my retirement ally and it is a disaster. I can't imagine being in tier 1.
I get that you need defenders but releasing this many this quickly has been a horrendous error on your part. AW was already the most hated made in the game and this just made it worse. BGs are not far behind.
No one likes fighting these defenders in addition to the nodes that you clearly don't understand when making them.

Yeah well that's just taking it a little too far and making excuses. Its not like people ranked those defenders and will never ever use them somewhere else... So your alliance mate ranked Bullseye and you did the same, are you never gonna use him in BGs?

Everyone else they dont give a damn.. they will tell u to not play the content and not every content is for everyone..thats their arrogance.. they just want our money.. What's worse is the insult u by calling u hoarder when u play smart to keep resources.. Its everyone else's fault except their own. The compensation for missed wars looks like it's for this season. This has happened to our alliance once for each of the last three seasons, including missing out on a higher tier of rewards for one of those seasons. Any compensation in the works for prior seasons?

They made so many wrong decisions lately, hiring players with extremely good skill is a great idea, but designing things based on their skill level? That is ridiculous and insane.
I still remember when the first beta of AR was released, Karatemike shouted on the forumn "it's completely doable, dozens of alliances completed AR", and posted his fancy HB video on his youtube channel. Well, yes it's doable for 4loki and for top100 players, but who else enjoyed it? Yes a lot of people did for once, I bet many of them will never do it again if Kabam didn't make significant change to the difficulty of AR.
Kabam screwed up things for too many times in the last 4 months, they really need to sit down and review the data, and reconsider what they planned to do in the rest of the year, carefully.
One last comment, Kabam should pay more attention to their PR, I saw some horrible replies on the forum from Kabam or their contractors:
Jax on crush 2.0: "devs are happy", I like you Jax and you are a very nice person, but I'm afraid devs are happy is not the most important thing.
Karatemike on AR: "completely doable", dude, are you serious? It's a regular event, sustainable is the thing you should think of.
DNA3000 on feedbacks: "players are poisoning the game on forum", what I can say?

No. Support said some earlier defenders (from last season probably, if that's possible) were stuck. So for a change, it was a real bug.
As someone said earlier, too little to late for this season. Making changes, that's fine but doing it during the season instead of cancelling it but not making a change once but twice during a season makes a mockery of it and takes out the whole integrity of it. These issues were flagged well in advance and nothing done. It's a shambles.

The scoring change for diversity was supposed to go live for the next war, in order to give allies time to adjust. That didn’t happen… we’re already seeing 270 pts per diversity placement.
Please get your house in order. This season has been an unmitigated disaster.
And to be clear about what it means to get your house in order (at least from my perspective) - you clearly do not allocate enough resources for testing, and/or you do not hold people accountable for their errors. It’s been that way for years now. That needs to change.
We also lost due to the diversity scoring change being live for the war that just ended. @Kabam Miike can we get some official word on whether that was intentional or not and what, if anything, Kabam is willing to do about it? I'm happy to provide any specific in-game information necessary to investigate.
Same- we lost war due to diversity scoring already changing on the last war… which it wasn’t announced until after the last war started. It was implemented a war earlier than said. This didn’t allow us time to change defense and we fell a ton of ranks because of it.
