Is this synergy completely pointless?

So basically Prowler gets immunity to Reverse Controls, but his controls are inverted as well? What are they thinking? What is this designed to counter?

In cases where controls are only reversed for part of the fight, this essentially permanently reverses your controls instead, so you don’t have to deal with controls flipping between reversed and normal mid-fight. For example it might make fighting emma frost easier, since you’re perma-reversed instead of just during her specials.

The real challenge of inverted controls has always been, in my opinion, when they get switched on and off. This synergy is just an “always on” position.

Took me a good 10 minutes to rewire my brain back to normal controls once I was done with that fight. Still fun tho

Would love to see that paired with the April Fools control switch which (if I think right) implied that a *tap* will be switched with a *swipe* and visa-versa. 😀

Maybe then can switch a Hold-Heavy with the SP button also.

When you’re immune, as the synergy makes you, you don’t switch back and forth. It doesn’t make sense to make you immune and say controls are reversed for the whole fight.
