I saved 62000 shards to try for stark spidey today, didn't get him surprise surprise, but I got some ok champs.
X-23
Ultron
Hawkeye
DD
Cap America
Phoenix

None are awakened and I have all of them (except DD) at rank 5 4*.

Are any of the 5* worth ranking and using 10 t1a on?

    Is it worth taking Ultron to rank 3 even though I have rank 5 4* awakened Ultron?
    Same with Hawkeye and x-23?

    Is the difference between a rank 3 5* and rank 5 4* that big?

    one difference is once you dupe the 5* you can take them to r4
