Mastery Tree Suggestions

ReggieReggie Member Posts: 221
I’m sure there are some of you who troll the forums who enjoy being a help to new players. I’m hoping someone can give me some advice on my Mastery Tree. I just made it to Level 44, and I’m here reaching out for assistance on where I should start placing my mastery points. If you think I should recover and move some around, I’m eager to hear those suggestions as well. I’ve been playing daily since the last week of October, and I feel like I’m doing pretty good. Especially with the fact being I keep pulling multiples of 2* champs. I have only 1-5* Champ, and 5-4* Champs, 3 of which are all Skill, one Mutant and one Mystic. My 5* is also a Mystic Champ. I welcome any assistance. Thanks in advance.

Oh btw, I have a rack of 3* champs awakened, as well as awakened 2* champs. Pretty much all of my 2*s are duped. I have 102 total champs and a Total Hero Rating of about 45k.

You’re going to want to put 4/4 in Block Proficiency under the defense tree and 3/3 in Parry under the Utility tree then start saving lots and lots of units. You need to buy stony mastery cores (135 units each) to unlock the good/great masteries.

First priority after the above is Offense: 1/3 Pierce, 1/5 Lesser Precision, 1/5 Lesser Cruelty then 5/5 in Precision and 5/5 in Cruelty.

Defense: 1/3 Salve, 3/3 in Recovery.

Utility: 3/3 Stupefy, maybe 1/3 in either or both Petrify/Pacify.

Afterwards you can start to work on the very expensive masteries (Deep Wounds, Assassin, Glass Cannon etc).

Don’t waste units on PHC or 400 units 3* champs, also don’t sell champs.

    Good luck!

    i recommend the following masteries:

    utility: limber (1/3), parry (1/3), dexterity (1/3), stupefy (3/3), pacify (2-3/3), petrify (2-3/3), eventually md 5/5
offense: courage (3/3), precision (5/5), cruelty (5/5), glass cannon (3/3), deep wounds (5/5), assassin (5/5).
i don’t find defense points to be very useful.

these aren’t cheap but they are the masteries where i see the most benefit. i find the other masteries don’t make that much difference. i’ve unlocked and tried all masteries.

you will find differences in players’ recommendations, which happens because there aren’t that many masteries that obviously outshine the others. the ones that are clearly more valuable and effective are: parry, dexterity, md, courage, precision, cruelty, deep wounds, assassin.

I do hope that you understand, to open deep wounds and Assassin you need to open despair and to open despair you already need 15 points in basic offense. Same with glass canon. Whatever you said is for someone who's at level 60 and can afford it. For the OP who's at level 44 I think @Beerows has suggested perfectly the masteries.

Take this build as your base, in low levels you live on crits to finish the battles quickly (Focus to get Precision and Cruelty), master Parry and get Block Proficiency.

You're in level 44, must have 43 points to invest, I recommend get this build, or invest in mystic dispersion if your main attackers are mostly mystics. But this masteries cost a lot of units, farm arenas (At least the milestones) and in the meantime take the base build and adjust to your budget.

I really appreciate y’all help. I have 38 mastery points @hendroidsv .... I don’t think they started giving them to me after each level.
