Will Power mastery not working with mastery loadout.

So when I use my 7* Hulk with the new mastery loadouts (3/3 liquid courage,3/3 double edge,3/3 willpower,3/3 coagulate) I lost 8% health vs ROL winter soldier.

And when I set the exact same masteries manually and not through the new loadout system I don't lose a single 1% health vs ROL winter soldier.
Why so?

    U have to keep resetting the tree its same issue suicides had

    Well reseting it now is free but in few days it will cost a ton of units to do so what's then?

    Log back in when it’s fixed. This is a dealbreaker on every level when unit cost goes live

    I havent finished using guilly deathless suicide testing yet still a few more things to test out but have to keep switching on and off for now as war matchmaking
