7* basic pool updated correctly??

I did not see any of the newly added champs in my reel of my basic, but the new titan champs were displayed with the basic (they weren't in the reel either). Do I need to submit a separate ticket?

Chatted with the game team. It looks like the crystals have updated correctly, but the banner hasn't updated properly.

So, the contents are correct, the "top prizes info" is confusing.

The team is working to remedy this now.

the reel does not matter, not every champ in the pool is ever displayed in the reel at once.

the reel showed no new champs when I opened mine (neither the wrong or right list). I know its a visual thing... but "none"?

I suggest analyzing the drop rates / might need compensation of a replacement or at least a "redo".

The timing of the crystal changeover is based on our build timelines which aren't static. When you think about it, it can't possibly be 56 days every time as that is less than two months and we only release 2 new champions a month.

Must be a bug, titan champs shouldn’t be in the base pool until like several months later

The last time someone boldly proclaimed this they linked a youtube video of their opening and I went through it and screenshotted every single time a new champion went by in the reel because I am a generational hater
