I wonder how kabam choose to ban the accounts?!

Hey ,

I just found out that i got permanently banned because “woooo” i-m a hacker!

The worst thing is that i never used a hack so my question is , how the hell they choose or check the accounts ?! I guess,Ini mini maini mo?!
If a moderator see my post and it can explain me for whatt i got banned , please!

And don-t get me wrong,if they choose to keep the ban on the account is gonna make me a favor because with the actual payed offers the game is more obvious p2p then f2p .

You will have to contact support. Forums isn't the place to post anything related to this. Usually they don't ban without any reason. But if you have been banned by mistake chances are your ban will get reversed.

Yeah don't think you're getting a proper reason unless Mike or Jax notices this. There is rarely any false bans these days so you must have done something.

A player or two was also banned during Necro release period, he indeed was NOT cheating but he had video proof so he got lucky and unbanned.

I-m 200% sure that i never used a hack,the applications that i used everyday are the job ones and i used those applications before too. I don-t want to do a ticket , i just want to know how they choose witch 3rd parties are hacks and how that hacks improved my gameplay 😂😂

I guess this ban it is because of a fight in winter of woe , it was a bug . I used vision aarkus against spider ham and after sp3 spider ham just took massive damage and vision didn-t died even if he had 2 porker popper on it. I know it-s a bug because after the fight i dueled a spider ham with a vision aarkus and after the sp3 i just died so is not a ability. I also notice my alliance collegues about this bug.

But is just a suppose and if this it was the problem i don-t think the players has to payed for the in game bugs

Say I'm performing bad because network issue then I used VPN, surprisingly I get good AI and smash whole necropolis, won't I get banned because of change of IP in short amount of time

I've been on the forum for five years and I've only seen one case where someone was falsely flagged as a cheater (and I've heard of another case from before my time), so while it's technically possible that you did nothing wrong, chances are that you actually did something.

It's possible to break the rules without knowing it. I got banned back in 2020 because I used an emulator in order to be able to play the game on my PC, since I couldn't use a phone due to a disability. I thought I was really clever to come up with a solution that allowed me to keep playing the game (and actually retooling everything in the game to work with a mouse and keyboard is still an achievement that I'm very proud of, even if it eventually got me banned for a while), but it was ultimately against the terms of service. Up until then, Kabam had been pretty lax when it came to enforcing their rules against 3rd party software but when they decided to put their foot down, I ended up with a ban.

Luckily that coincided with me getting some physical therapy so I've been able to relearn how to play it on a phone since then.

One thing to consider: you are permanently banned. That doesn't happen on the first offense unless that offense is particularly egregious (or Necropolis-related). Have you been banned previously or is this the first time?

The only exception to this - where VPNs weren't allowed, from what I can remember, was for players who were competing in a certain new story content Legends run. I don't remember what exactly it was, someone else might. Players who used VPNs during their runs were disqualified (there was also warning about it in advance).

Edit: ah, found it. It was for 7.2.

Then how does mercs gets tracked?

If I keep using VPN on and off, Kabam security will think my IP is changing constantly and I'm constantly clearing Act-8.4 also, won't that red flag players?

There was some mention during necropolis that they were tracking device IDs and the accounts they were completing content with. A single device completing Necropolis on 20+ different accounts that it’s never logged into before would likely get flagged as a Merc.

I wonder how kabam choose to ban the accounts?!
