Which relic to r3?

Just finished 8.4 and have the choice of a r3 relic? Any suggestions? I'm leaning towards ant man but also torn between him or thor, might wait for a venom relic as I have a 7* venom but God knows when ill eventually pull him...

Fun fact : antman relic actually don't increase the potency of scorp's debuffs.
If you have doom, go with Ghost rider relic.
If your mvp is Chavez, iron fist relic pairs well with her

Otherwise just hold it for venom relic

Yeah I know but it does still put a an extra debuff on the defender and also the spirit gage fills quicker which is handy when I use my scorp
