The best Future antman counter

A lot of summoners had already pulled future antman and we will
see him in BG def very frequently, so what is the best counter for him, your thoughts?!?

I always ban Hulkling and Valk since I don’t have them yet so it’ll be fun to see if FAM can trip some people up. He has a couple other counters (mags), but Peni has still been a very relevant battlegrounds defender despite champs like Galan and Gorr countering her so I think FAM will be a great addition to the deck (he’s also a good attacker).

i feel like any defender with very few meta counters (like Peni and Domino and now FAM) will always be valuable b/c it means a player always needs to consider those defenders while drafting. it forces out a counter pick. and then you can just use that defender on offense.

Yeah this is a perfect explanation. I’m looking forward to the new season to see him in action because I think he’ll be great

Anyone with pierce shuts off basically his most difficult abilities. Champs like tigra who capitalize on preventing buffs completely with fast burst do very well against him. Since he is dimensional blade does solid against him. Champs who arent ideal would be galan or cgr due to his safe guard mechanic. Long story short use aar based champs like blade or mags, someone with pierce or someone who prevent armor ups entirely and has quick red burst damage

Future AntMan is so predictable, always won with Juggs. CGR and Herc win easily too.
