Science 7* r3 Gem Options

What up fam - so I pulled a 7* Science r2-r3 gem from Act 8 Exploration and have now four incredible options for it, and I really cannot decide who to use it on. Your thoughts (and maybe an explanation) would be much appreciated!

I’d say Photon cause she’s awesome, but I have Hulk at r3 and he handles Onslaught in 35 seconds

Easily ham, He is duped, great duel threat, ends fights in like 30 seconds + you got a 6* Antman relic.
