Day 9 mini recap! Tbh I basically did nothing today, had my last shift before going back to university and then been packing after that. I put Road to the Labyrinth on clear in the background while I was packing so managed to add 360 units to the stash, as well as get a bit of iso for Kate so she’s now nearly r4 lvl 55.
Tomorrow we get back to the grind, 84 paths need to be done for act 8 exploration and I’m gonna start knocking them out, probably start with 8.4 or 8.3 first to get some rewards for only 12 paths.
To be honest this thread really puts into perspective just how difficult it is to achieve Valiant when compared to all the other ranks. My man got to Paragon and completed the entire main story quest in 9 days, yet he's estimating he'll get Valiant in 30 days and is nowhere near getting the materials needed for 2 7* rank 3s.
Also, though this has been said many times already, I do wish you the best Cantona, and good luck on your run!

Agree with you on the materials front, although the rank up materials are locked behind necro and chapter 8 explorations, it could in theory take much longer to pull the right champs to match the gems that you get and is a little RNG based.
I’m sure there’s a few players out there who have explored chapter 8 and done necro but might not have champs to match the Rank up gems they pulled.

Yeah, the titles get exponentially longer to achieve in terms of time, which realistically does make sense. Part of it is because Valiant is still “new” in the sense that there’s very limited ways of getting it. Eg: my only 2 options was explore necro, or 1 path of necro and act 8 100%. Whereas for paragon, there’s like 10 different ways you can achieve it in the current state of the game.
What I do like about Valiant though is everywhere that has a 2-3 class gem, there’s also 7* class crystals, so you are guaranteed to at least have a champion you can rank, even if they are bad.
Also, I’m planning to stream in around 2-3 hours on Twitch. I would do it on YouTube but found out you have to have 1k subscribers to stream from a mobile device (if anyone knows a way round this please lmk)

Day 10 Mini recap! Managed to get through 6 paths of 8.4 exploration today on stream (link to the full stream above if anyone interested), and didn’t have to spend too many items. In total it was 2 team revives and 4 revives, not bad for what will probably be the hardest chapter.
Tomorrow I plan to finish 8.4 exploration, knocking the paths remaining down to 72 and getting some decent rewards back from it.
I may stream on YouTube tomorrow if I can get up to the 50 subs, if not I’ll likely do a highlights video for YouTube instead of stream daily.

Yeah, I get that. I remember back in the day when you had to complete EOP and other insanely tough content to get Paragon. I achieved Paragon by buying SQ deals 😂
Wow! Woke up today to see the channel up to 53 subscribers, which means tonight I can stream 😃. I’ll be on YouTube around 11pm Gmt, and probably stream for 2-3 hours doing some more 8.4 paths (maybe 100% that chapter unless I hit a road block)
Day 11 Stream Highlight! Thanks to everyone who has checked out the stream, either live or on playback (should be available to watch in full on the channel). Managed to fully explore 8.4, meaning that’s 1 chapter down on the way to 100% act 8. There was some tricky fights, as well as some absolute cheese paths that I wanted to highlight.
8.4.3 Sassy boss - I thought this would be a major problem, he has 1.2m health so his regen whilst near 30% was gonna be nuts. Turns out that even though he has 90% coldsnap resistance, ramping Kate using fragility still just about overpowers the regen with coldsnap (4k regen, 5k coldsnap), so I eventually got him down in a 10 minute fight. 8.4.4 Terrax boss - This wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, but also a very luck dependent fight. Essentially for this fight you want a champ immune to shock and bleed, or one that purifies/cleanses it. I had neither, I tried to use stryfe with horseman but it just wasn’t going well. So then I went in with Kate and one shot the rest of him after getting some decently good hazard shift rng. 8.4.5 Sam Wilson - Another boss that I had no real counter too. Had to use a couple team revives on this and was getting a bit salty on stream 😅. Gamora and Kate did the best out of my roster but that was still only 15-20% chunks.
8.4.6 Kate lane - wow this was cheesy 😂. Essentially the weapon node, combined with the “cool-down” buff gives Kate a 30k coldsnap without any fragility ramp. So essentially the path is: take the weapon, throw sp1, insta win.
The 2 Glykhan bosses was quite good, I felt like I played well and only had to use 1 team revive across both fights, so that’s some resources saved for later.
In terms of the rewards, the 7 star was a red goblin (yay 🙃), and the rest of the rewards from 8.4 are guaranteed stuff like gems and ascension dust. I decided to use the dust on Chavez as I use her the 2nd most after kate, and on a Speedrun account waiting for the 7 star doesn’t matter.
I think kabam jailed me. Man they are sensitive. Literally spent a ton on this game and asked for 2 victory shields back since the game froze and the response I got was to get lost.
I know this isn’t the correct forum but is there a forum for people who are treated poorly by kabam staff members.
@Grub88 That actually does make sense about the consumer laws. I just never had to do that with rise of kingdoms or other games.
I should have made it clearer in my post when I said I can’t complain to them here, meaning this forum, where should I complain or find a customer service person. Is there a specific forum where I won’t get “jailed” for asking questions?

The official forums are for players to discuss the game between each other, with some interaction with the Kabam staff. It is not a place to discuss complaints about support. If you wish to air grievances regarding customer support, you have two choices. You can open a support ticket to discuss those with the Kabam support team, or you can seek an unofficial platform such as the reddit.
I don't know why you are being jailed, but you are not being jailed for "asking questions." Nobody gets jailed for asking questions. You're probably getting jailed for deciding that your complaints are more important than anyone else's concerns and decided to start spamming your complaints in other threads. I don't know if you think you're being clever or this is what passes for bravado where you come from, but its obnoxious.
Good luck selling your account. Doing so is a violation of terms of service, and oh by the way there are developers whose job it is to police fair play actually watching this thread. And just in case they skipped over your post or it gets edited at some point, I'm screenshotting it and forwarding it to them for reference. The account is getting banned the instant it changes hands, so I would advise anyone within reach of this post to pass the word to stay away from it.

Hey everyone, I’m gonna roll the day 12 and day 13 recaps into one. I didn’t get much done today due to real life events out of nowhere (managed to 100% 8.1.1), so I’m gonna do more tomorrow and create a better and bit longer recap.
This man's literally steamrolling Kabam's entire game with Steve and 4* Mags in his top 15 champs in 13 days, meanwhile I just managed to achieve Conqueror on my in that amount of time 😂
