You should be able to get some 4*s with minimal effort, and even 5* or 6* soon. 3*s probably aren't worth your time unless you have your eyes on a very specific piece of content.
To someone asking for help deciding on an obvious choice, of an inconsequential 3*, when they have already posted about numerous 4*, 5*, Cav, Act-5, and Act-6, before. And has been in game for at least 2+ years.
Obviously a “creature” post (creatures that lives underneath bridges, begins with ‘T’)
