Does the event shop update after getting the valiant?

Hi,
Does the event shop update after getting the valiant? Not sure if it is worth to rank up 7* right now and have better rewards from 'from row offers' and 'traders outpost' or wait till I get somebody I want, bacause the shop won't change anyway, since I would got a title after the event started.

    yes, valiant offers are way better.

    100% can confirm that the traders outpost will change. You might have to restart the game once you get Valiant but all you store will change like BG and Glory store as well. Also get Valiant before the new month start to get the upgraded Calender. Monthly Calenders don't change once the Calender starts.
