Poolies from summoners market

I signed into the summoners market for the 60k poolies but never received them. I got the crystals you can claim, but no sign of poolies. Is this a problem for other people as well?

    I'm having the same issue. And nobody seems to know what is going on. This will cost me the chance to get the 7* rank up gem too.

    Where to get free poolies? I was told to log in here to claim them and I see nothing.

    Same problem here.have been logging in every day to the summoners market since the beginning of the event and there’s nowhere to claim the poolies. @Kabam Miike

    Si amigo, y encima que ni aparece esos poolies de la tienda, tampoco te dan como corresponde tus poolies diarios de las misiones, son 4 por cada día, y cuando los haces todos no te dan completos, eso es bug o error del juego y es injusto, kabam debe solucionar esto pronto.
