Did and claimed all the daily objectives and I’m still missing 100pts

I’m seeing a lot of people post this as well and comments saying they didn’t claim or missed a day. I really wanted that 15k 6* shards for this new account and somehow missed one objective this pass week. Which personally I was really precise on completing and claiming the poolies everyday. I completed all 28 objectives and claimed them but I’m only at 2700 pts.

I know nothing will probably happen and it is what it is but maybe before dismissing some people, some of us was locked in and wanted to complete all the objectives. It’s not like something like this has ever happened before…

Thank you for contacting Kabam Support. I understand that you have completed Special Solo Objectives for the Starring Deadpool Solo Event but still missing 100 Points.

Please know that the Starring Deadpool Solo Objective refreshes every day, so if you have not completed a Starring Deadpool Objective or claim its Rewards for the day before the refresh time at 11:00 AM PDT, you will also miss points for the Road to The Red Carpet Solo Event.

In addition, there are only four special solo objectives each day. Any objectives that are not completed/claimed are lost and replaced with new objectives for the daily reset. We are unable to extend any objectives that were not completed or if rewards are not claimed.

After reviewing your account, Conrad Johnson, and progress toward solo objectives, I can confirm that you failed to complete some of the Solo Objectives associated with getting points for the Road to the Red Carpet Solo Event. From the day the event started, you missed completing the following solo objectives:

STARRING DEADPOOL - COSMIC CONQUEROR - Win Fights while using a Cosmic Champion in any game mode (excluding Practice Mode).
STARRING DEADPOOL - DANGEROUS DASHER - Win Fights where the final hit is a Medium Attack in any game mode (excluding Practice Mode)..

After a careful review of your account and participation in the Red Carpet Solo Event, I can share that you currently have a total of 2,700 Points and were able to reach up to the fourth milestone rewards.

I thought I completed all. Would have sworn on it. Even spent money on the piggy banks to get to 1M...but didn't get there because couldn't claim last objective. Deadpool is my favorite character. I'm going to go back to FTP. I'm not a whale or anything, but the way they made this event is most definitely meant to make a ton of money. I fell into the trap. No more.

From their email they looked at the thing and saw u missed one its why they told u that u missed an objective nothing wrong with what they said just an error on ur end for not doing all it seems

Not what last couple ppl mean.

Support said a Cosmic and a Medium objective were BOTH missed, which is 2 objectives.
While at same time acknowledging that persons current points were 2700 (and their pic confirms, 2700).
So question was why support thought 2 were skipped (and provided specifics) when it was only 1 ?

I was actually hoping “Kabam Crashed” would come into one of these threads, pick out one of the people at random, look into their account, and come back showing proof that they actually did indeed miss 1.
Didn’t think Support people would have gone into that detail of investigation (even though a little bit inconsistent with what they said they found).

Just out of curiosity, wouldn't not claiming 1 count as incomplete and therefore make you miss a refresh and count as 2?..

True indeed maybe support just messed up on what they wrote about missing 2 and instead was suppose to just write the one they missed as u are right they did mention they had 2700 points which be 1 and if was 2 they be at 2600 maybe kabam crashed could see what happened here and see what they missed if they did if they didnt then not sure what the outcome would be as the event is over

But could be correct, if Support mentioned an objective (ie, their Cosmic one) that was not done on the intended day. Even though next day the person would have completed the Cosmic one.
And the Medium one was what did not spawn (so was never seen by that person).
So thus really only missed 1 (but Support knew which “2” were the ones that were mis-timed).
